Accessibility

The GESIS – Leibniz Institute for the Social Sciences is the provider of the DP-R|EX website. It is an important goal for us to make this accessible in accordance with the national legislation implementing Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council. GESIS is based in the state of Baden-Württemberg in the Federal Republic of Germany. The Baden-Württemberg Barrier-free Information Technology Ordinance BITV 2.0 of 21 May 2019 therefore applies.

Status of compatibility with the requirements

The DP-R|EX team endeavours to make this website accessible. The website has been developed in such a way that different types of access and use are taken into account. However, parts of the website are not fully compliant with the German Disability Equality Act (L-BGG).
The content listed below is not barrier-free for the following reasons:

Descriptions of navigation and content in “easy language” and sign language are not available. They will be developed in the future. There may be PDF documents on this website that are not yet available as accessible files. However, we are working on revising these to make them accessible.

The datenportal-rechtsextremismus.de website is primarily aimed at academically educated people in the field of racism and right-wing extremism research. The use of relevant specialised terminology and expressions is due to the target groups and their academic background. Nevertheless, the DP-R|EX team endeavours to ensure that the content is clearly understandable.
If you require assistance with reading individual content, please a href=”https://datenportal-rechtsextremismus.de/impressum/”>contact us.
